If you read only two of them, read the second and the fourth — the capped loss and what a bet actually costs are the two things most people get wrong about this product, and they get wrong in the same direction.
What is Moon.com?
A betting platform where you bet on whether an asset goes Up or Down, with a multiplier of up to 1000x applied to the wager. It is not a broker and not an exchange — you never hold the asset. The mechanic is set out on how it works.
Can I lose more than I stake?
No. The wager is the maximum loss on a position; the position closes when the loss reaches it. That is a genuine feature and it is also the most misread one — a capped loss says nothing about how likely the loss is, and at a high multiplier it is very likely. See leverage.
Is Moon.com legal where I live?
It depends entirely on your country, and the check happens at withdrawal rather than at sign-up. Countries and legality covers what we can verify.
What does it cost to bet?
Four costs: an opening fee of 1% of the leveraged exposure, a rolling fee while the position is open, a performance fee on a winning close, and the settlement spread. Only the first has a published rate. Fees has the detail.
How do I deposit?
In crypto, through the cashier. Networks, minimums and the usual failure modes are on the deposit page.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Once approved it is a blockchain transfer and lands at network speed. The variable part is the approval, and verification is what usually holds it — see withdrawal and KYC.
Do I have to verify my identity?
Not to open an account. Verification is triggered by activity and is normally resolved before a first withdrawal. KYC explains what is asked for.
Is there a free version?

Questions we deliberately do not answer
We do not tell you what the bonus is worth, because no amount is published. We do not quote a rolling fee, a performance fee or a spread as a number, because those rates are disclosed as mechanisms and not as figures.
