How to withdraw from Moon.com
Withdrawals go out in cryptocurrency — the same rail as deposits, and the only one available. Before the first one the account must be verified, so the practical timeline for a first withdrawal is dominated by document review rather than by the blockchain.
Finish verification first. If you have not done it, do it now rather than at the moment you want the money — what to prepare.
Open the cashier and choose Withdraw. Pick the coin and, where it matters, the network.
Withdraw to a wallet in your own name, ideally the one you funded from. Paying out to a third party is the most common refusal reason.
Check the address twice — the first four and last four characters after pasting. A crypto payout to a wrong address is not recoverable.
Expect network time on top of review time. Solana and XRP settle in seconds; Bitcoin takes longer.
Why a withdrawal gets held up
In rough order of frequency: verification incomplete or a document rejected; a wagering condition still attached to a bonus (not applicable while no bonus is live, but it will be once one launches); the payout address belongs to someone else; an open position still tying up the balance; and a country mismatch found at verification.
None of those is unusual for a licensed operator, and all of them are avoidable by verifying early and funding from your own wallet.
