Moon.com Login — and What to Do When It Fails
The sign-in itself is one form. This page is mostly about the five things that go wrong with it, in the order they actually happen.

Signing in
Login is the email and password you set at sign-up. There is no separate username, no PIN, and no login code by SMS. If you have two-factor authentication switched on in the account settings, the second factor is asked for after the password.
Everything below is the part people actually come to this page for: what to do when it does not work.
When you cannot get in
Password is refused but you are certain it is right
Almost always the email, not the password: an account opened with a work address and a login attempted with a personal one. Try the reset flow on each address you might have used — the one that receives a reset mail is the account.
The reset email never arrives
Check spam first, then wait. If nothing lands, the address on the account is not the one you are checking. Support can confirm which address holds the account without disclosing it in full.
You are logged out on every page load
A browser set to clear cookies on close, or a privacy extension blocking the session cookie. Allow the operator domain and the session survives.
The site loads but the account area does not
A cached build. A hard reload clears it. If it survives a reload in a private window, it is not your browser.
Login works, but betting is blocked
A verification request that has not been answered, or a country restriction applied after the account was opened. The notice appears in the account area, and both routes are described on the KYC page.
Support cannot reset a password on request, and no legitimate agent will ever ask you for it. A message that does ask is not support, whatever the address it came from — the support page lists the real channels.
Keeping the account yours
The account holds money and can send it to a crypto address, so the sensible precautions are the wallet ones rather than the forum ones: a password used nowhere else, two-factor authentication switched on before the balance is worth stealing, and a hard rule that you never open the site from a link in an email. Type the domain, or use your own bookmark.
If you believe someone else has been in the account, change the password first and contact support second — in that order, because the first step is the one that stops the bleeding.
FAQ
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the reset link on the login form. The mail goes to the address the account was opened with — if nothing arrives, you are checking the wrong inbox rather than facing a broken reset.
Can I change the email on my account?
Contact support. It is not a self-service change, because the address is what proves the account is yours.
Is there a mobile login that is different from the desktop one?
No. It is the same account and the same credentials in the browser on any device; see the app page.
My account is locked. Why?
The two ordinary reasons are an unanswered verification request and a country restriction. Both show a notice in the account area.
Does the promo code have to be entered at login?
No — it belongs on the sign-up form. Adding it later is normally refused.
