Open the ticket from inside the account, bring the transaction hash, and know in advance which four things nobody at any operator can fix.

How to reach the operator
Support runs through the account area and the operator's own help centre. Open a ticket from inside the account wherever you can: a message sent from a signed-in session already carries the account identity, which removes the slowest part of any support conversation.
We do not publish a support email or a phone number on this page. Contact details for a financial account are exactly the thing that goes stale and gets scraped into phishing, and the address that matters is the one shown in your own account area today — not the one an article copied last year.
Before you write, have these ready
- The email the account was opened with.
- For a payment question: the transaction hash or the cashier reference, the exact amount, and the network used.
- For a position question: the time, the asset, the multiplier and what you expected to happen.
A first message with those in it usually resolves in one reply instead of four.
What support cannot do
Worth knowing before you write, because these are the tickets that end in frustration. Support cannot reverse a settled position, cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address on a public blockchain, cannot tell you your own password, and cannot exempt an account from a country restriction. Nobody at any operator can do the second of those; the transaction is final the moment the network confirms it.
What support can genuinely do is chase a deposit that has confirmed on-chain but not credited, explain a fee you did not expect, act on a verification request, and close or self-exclude an account — see responsible gambling for that last one.
Telling real support from the other kind
Real support never asks for your password, never asks for a seed phrase, and never asks you to send funds anywhere to "unlock" or "verify" a balance. Every one of those requests is a theft attempt, without exception and regardless of how convincing the sender address looks. The operator states it is licensed under ALSI-202601063-FI2, checked 21 August 2026; a licensed operator's staff have no reason to ask for any of it.
Unsolicited contact on Telegram, Discord or X claiming to be an agent is not support. Support begins from inside your account, never from a message that found you.
FAQ
What is the fastest way to get help?
A ticket opened from inside a signed-in session, with the transaction hash or the position details already in the first message.
Is there 24/7 support?
The operator runs its help channels through the account area; we do not publish hours we cannot verify. The response you get is the one your ticket shows.
My deposit confirmed on-chain but has not appeared. What do I do?
That is the canonical support ticket. Send the transaction hash, the network and the amount — see the deposit page for the usual causes.
Can support cancel a bet I regret?
No. A settled position is final.
Someone on Telegram says they are Moon.com support. Are they?
No. Support does not contact you first, and never asks for a password or a seed phrase.
